In December of 2004 I suffered heart attack at the age of 34. I later found out that I suffered from an artery dissection. This is a rare syndrome. No Dr ever found it because I never had high blood pressure. It is rare and 80% of people die from it. This is not from what I ate! It is congenital.

I quickly recovered. Dr’s said that age was on my side of recovering so fast.

I created this blog so that family and friends can keep up with how I we are doing.  I also created it because I thought it would be easier than keeping a journal.  I guess I will get a journal to keep more personal thoughts.

I just updated this about me page.  Joe and I are now living in Charlotte North Carolina.  I am working for a Vision and Laser center running the Optical Department for the one branch.  Joe is a Creative Director for a small web marketing firm in Rock Hill South Carolina.  He also works for Apple part time.

We are considering adoption in a year or two

I have been reading some of my early blogs and I am so glad that I started this.  I really have problems with journaling.  I want to start and put more personal thoughts in it.  But this is nice to go back and see what I was thinking on certain days or where we traveled.  I hope to keep it up many years to come.
