Weight Loss Goals

My goal is to lose 1 to 2 pounds every week. Not to gain any weight. Maintaining is ok, no gaining.
If I keep gaining I would be over 200 pounds by next year.

I am also eating healthier. Changed for the better, but do allow myself favorite foods in moderation.

I like healthy foods anyway. With as much as I love healthy foods I should be a size 5!

Healthy… that is what I want to be…………

    Good luck on your goal!! One to two pounds a week is a VERY good rate…but it sounds like if the scale is the same or lower, you’ll be happy.

    Sounds like you are going about it in a healthy way.

    I just rejoined Weight Watchers…their “Core” program gives me a lot of latitude, without having to keep track of every mouthful.
