My sweetie Joe is doing very well on his weight loss quest. Last week he lost 5 pounds and this week he lost 5 pounds. Total 10 pounds!

I am very proud of him!

I get on the scale tomorrow. Last week I only lost a half of a pound. Hoping it is more this week. I have been exercising and eating healthy. Even if I don’t see that much of a loss I know that I have been doing things right. I bet one of these days I am going to drop a bunch at once.

I will see.

Joe rocks! Way to go on your 10, count em 10 pound loss!

Healthy Weight week. Why is it that it seems everything has something devoted to it?
This week is healthy weight week. I do agree with getting to a healthy weight. What next? Beautiful bouncing hair week?

I am doing pretty well this week with eating healthy. Keep reminding myself this is long term, I cannot think of my weight loss goal as something I am going to get to overnight. One day at a time, once choice at time.

My heart attack was congenital and I was born with dysected artery. However with my new heart I definitely want to stay healthy, strong!

I need to take some new pics with my camera next time I see them. All of my pics online are older and they have all GROWN! Claire is now taller than me, and Kristy sprouted and is about my height now!
Jenny will be catching up to me any day now.

Heather…. she is an senior in High School and towers over me. She recently had her hair done and it really looks amazing on her!

Oliver is the horse that took us on a carraige ride that day. Lots of fun!

What a hard life right?

Calvin is our dog and Audrey is our cat!

I scheduled my physical this morning. The Dr. didn’t have anything until February 13th. The Monday after my Birthday. That is probably a good thing, because Joe and I are going to Chattanooga the weekend of my Birthday. It will keep me from pigging out!

I am going to have bloodwork done next week. For the physical and for hormone replacement therapy. They will take it and chek my levels.

I am glad to be going. Before I would be scared to know if something was wrong with me, but my attitude has changed. I want to make sure that I am healthy and will be here for A LONG TIME!
