Clothes to the Salvation Army.

Last year I donated over 4 trashbags full of clothes. Today I took it even futher and went through older clothes that I thought I was going to wear.

Some of the clothes I haven’t worn in A LONG TIME. And what do they say? If you haven’t worn your clothes in 6 months to a year you should donate?

I had so many clothes because I had work and casual clothes. Now that I wear scrubs I don’t need as many clothes.

I take care of my clothes so they pretty much look new. I am very happy that I can donate!

Finally got back into working out tonight. It has been a good 2 weeks since I have worked out. Well I think the week before last I may have one day. I am really going to try to do something 4 days a week. My problem is I get back into my old bad habits. I need to start new good habits.

Just have to take it a day at a time.

tonight at The Melting Pointe with Joe. Garrison Starr and Michelle Malone. They are both AMAZING singer songwriters.

It was an intimate setting. Not too many people were there, but everyone that was there really enjoyed the show. I am so impressed with people who can create such emotional songs from life experience. I have gone through so much in my life, but don’t have whatever it takes to write a song.
Wish I could.

Seeing the show is a great start to a new week!

Last night we went to Julianna and Rachels house for dinner and had a great time! They both CRACK ME UP!
Juliannas Mom was there as well as her daschund Stretch. Met Linda once before and she is a lovely lady!

That is how I am feeling right now. I have been having a bad week at work. I don’t feel well and I haven’t worked out since before we went away.

Just a down past couple of days.

I know that I will get back on track, but right now … i am the blob!

Had my physical went well. My blood pressure was 110 over 74! Perfect. My Cholesterol is normal, with the help of Lipitor. Although my good cholesterol was so HIGH that it almost negated my bad cholestorol. To the point where the physician assistant said that even though my cholesterol without Lipitor would be high. Well what I said before. Would negate the bad.

But since there is high cholesterol in the family she thinks I should stay on it. And she wants me ve bloodwork every 6 months to make sure that the Lipitor is not harming my Liver.

All my other levels were normal. She wants me to wait to go on hormone replacement till I see a gynecologist. She wants to make sure the Dr. is 100% sure I can’t have kids. Even though the other DR.s told me that it was pretty definite, Bert said that she wants to have a 2nd opinion.

She asked about my surgery and said that my heart sounds GREAT!

She brought out a BMI calculator and said that a healthy weight for me would be 135 to 140 and the other chart is too low. That was great news. I don’t think my body would be able to hold 115.

Glad that the physical went well!

We were reminising of old times.

We were cracking up on the messages we used to put in our letters. I heart our favorite band. etc… BFF! Hee hee!

She is a wonderful gal. Beautiful inside and out!

She married her high school sweetheart and has 2 wonderful children.(Andy Jon and Devin) Children I thought would be calling me Aunt Lori. Thought I would visit her every other year. But life went by.

We met through a pen-pal program that Teen Magazine was having. I wish I could find the issue somewhere. Hmmmm that is something I should look up.

It just amazes me how time flies by. Brooke and Andy have been married for 15 years. Together 20.
It is so nice to see a couple so much in love after all these years!
