Joe and I attended the 2nd Annual Robert Osborne Classic Flim Festival. We went to the evening shows on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. He what he considers classic films of each decade.
Thursday night they featured North by Northwest, Friday was Breakfast at Tiffanys and Saturday was Best in Show.
On Friday night Mickey Rooney and Patricia Neal were there. They were a hoot!
Parker Posie was there last night and was sloshed! She walked on stage with a beer in her hand. It was a pretty boring interview. She could not finish her sentences. I was a bit disappointed!
The festival was fun! Going to go again next year for sure! 🙂
Joe trained me this weekend on the teleclass part of the business! That is the work I did all weekend! I have to say I really love it! I hope to really help build the business. Personalize it and make it my own.
Hopefully make it my full time gig witin a year. 🙂
the middle of March! The time is flying. I am not where I would like to be as far as fitness is concerned. Joe and I have been working our butts off!
Still no excuse. We did make it to the gym on Saturday and we have 3 days that we are planning on going next week. I am going to get on the treadmill as soon as I get home tomorrow evening.
I have to focus! My brothers wedding is 2 months away and I really want to feel good as well as be down a dress size. I think that if i really focus on it I can do it.
All I know is if the months keep flying by like the last few have it is going to be the end of the year and I don’t want to be disappointed in myself again when it comes to my fitness goals.
My boss rewards us with food. I wish he would take that money and give us a bonus instead. However it is a southern thing. Food = Love
Today he brought in Fried Porkchop biscuits and Sausage biscuits.
Today was a first for me. Today is the day I had my first fried pork chop. Growing up my Mom would always bake them.
Trying to quit eating pork, but today I had it. Minus the biscuit. It was pretty good. However if I keep eating like that there would be more on the hips in 2006 instead of less! 🙂
I have been in the some sort of customer service industry since the age of 16. Wow 20 years! Yikes!
Anyway lately I have found 2 things. One thing is that the places I go to shop there are people that work at stores that don’t care. I don’t know why….
Has society become so Anti-social that companies will just hire anyone to fill positions?
Second thing I have found (at least where I work full time) is that some people come in with a chip on their shoulder. Like they expect to battle things out before I can even say. “How may I help you?”
It is getting to the point where I just want to scream…
