Fried porkchop

My boss rewards us with food. I wish he would take that money and give us a bonus instead. However it is a southern thing. Food = Love
Today he brought in Fried Porkchop biscuits and Sausage biscuits.
Today was a first for me. Today is the day I had my first fried pork chop. Growing up my Mom would always bake them.
Trying to quit eating pork, but today I had it. Minus the biscuit. It was pretty good. However if I keep eating like that there would be more on the hips in 2006 instead of less!

Aw, man! That sounds good. I haven’t had a fried porkchop in ages… unless you count the schweiserschnitzel I had last week. That’s the closest thing to it I can think of.
Great, now I’m craving some Southern food — mac-n-cheese, rice-n-gravy, fried okra, country steak w/ gravy… MmmmMmmm! Okay, not all together at the same time cause that would be gross. Oh well, I definitely can’t do that now with my new medicine and such…
