The wedding was absolutely gorgeous, as the two of you!

This year I have been trying to better myself. In many ways, but one way is fitness. To get myself on a routine, and become stronger.

I workout at a very nice establishment, but they have a problem with the personal trainers that they hire. They just don’t seem to care. At least the ones that I worked with. (it seems that way anyway)

When Joe and I joined the gym in May of 2005 we hired a trainer. He was great at first, but then became flaky and ended up just not showing up to work and quitting.

Then I worked out on my own for awhile, but back this past March decided to work with someone new. She was great! Very nice! But she found another job elsewhere. Which is fine in and of itself. However she said before she left that she would write up a routine that I could do once I move to Charlotte. She promised every day that she would email me the information.

Guess what? She never did! UGH!!!!

So I started with yet another trainer this morning. She is very nice. But I find out just as I am starting with her that she is going to be on vacation June 1st through the 8th.
That is not anyones fault. But I am not going to have a different trainer for one week.

Plus Joe and I are moving on the 19th of June.

Joe is going to speak with the owner when we get back from our trip next week. We have to cancel our membership anyway. I did sign a contract for training for 6 months. However Joe and I did not know we were going to be moving at the time.

So what it comes down to is this. I am making this week the last week that I am going to work with the personal trainer.

It is just too frustrating to me! I am sure that I will not be charged for the last couple months. I better not be. It just disappoints me. I really want a trainer that is going to be great and that is going to push me.
But since I have gone through working with 3 already. I don’t know if I am going to want to do that when we move to Charlotte.
I may just workout with DVDs.

I will see what the future holds. I am getting stronger and I don’t want to lose that. I am going to buy some heavier dumbells and workout with strength bands as well.

I just want to keep getting stonger and healthier! That is the ultimate goal. Trainer or no trainer.

Is the hotel where we stayed. Joe was there a few days before for the conference. My brother Eddie was there helping film as well earlier in the week. It is off of 76th and Broadway. It was less expensive that other hotels in the City and big! It had a living area, a little kitchen and a small dining area!

We like that area alot and will definitely be staying there again!

I met Joe in New York City this weekend.
He was helping run a conference there with Andrea and Kerry. His colleagues.

We had a fabulous time! Saw Jersey Boys on Saturday night! That was so great!
Then Sunday we decided to see a show as well. I treated to tickets to Dirty Rotten Scoundrals. Funny!

We walked Soho and Greenwich Village. Walked and walked and ate, and then guess what? Walked some more!

Joe and I definitely Love walking the neighborhoods more then Times Square area. That is so conjested with people!

If it wasn’t expensive we would be definitely living in Soho!

Can’t wait to go back!

HURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Devyn (my trainer) had me doing all these leg exercises with extra weight.

I am hurting today! I could hardly walk. Needless to say no cardio till i can walk. Tomorrow will be better.

The Saturday that Eve and I were in Boston we went to Newberrry Street with Liz. It is a quaint shopping district. Did ALOT of window shopping, had some coffee and had alot of fun!

While we were walking along Newberry I saw a familiar site. It was a woman in the same peacoat that I was wearing. I could tell from far away. But as we walked closer there was something else similar. This woman had red hair, same bob hairdo as I have. Not only that her features were the same as mine and her skin tone the same!
As we walked past her boyfriend/husband was to my right and we just stared as we past each other.
Liz said “You should go back and ask her for a picture together.” At the time I thought no it was too cheesy, but now I wish I did.
Right after we past we all went to look back again and saw that the woman and her boyfriend/husband were looking back at us.

It was surreal!

Here we all are! I think it is histerical that Eve has blonde haire, I have red, and Eddie is a brunette! We are a unique bunch! I love this pic of us! You can see we are having a blast!
