This is Maribeths cat Cleo.
Went out with the Buono girls Saturday night when I was home visiting.
My cell phone alarm went off in the morning. I opened my eyes and there Cleo was her face right in mine. Made me jump at first. Then she followed me around the apartment yelling at me. MEOW! MEOW!
She is too cute, but one crazy kittie!

Joe and I are trying to find a company to insure me. We are having no luck at all.
They don’t care that it was a birth defect that caused my heart attack. They are treating me like I eat fried foods everyday and smoke 3 packs of cigarettes a day.
My cardiologist Dr Beltran in Athens said that my heart is now more like a heart of a 20 year old and I should not have any problems in the future. Unless I take up smoking and eat 10 big macs a day.
Shouldn’t the insurance companies look at that? Look at how healthy that I am now? They should look at the fact that my blood pressure is excellent and it always was. I don’t take medication for my heart. The only reason that Dr. Beltran even put me on Lipitor was for preventative measures.
You would think that the insurance companies would look at the fact that it was a birth defect that was never caught because my blood pressure was always excellent and they had no need to look into any problems.
I didn’t even know that there was a problem till the day my artery collapsed and I had a heart attack!
Insurance companies used to be out there to help people. Now they are only there to help their stock holders.
Oh and Blue Cross Blue Shield is entitled to cover me since I was on the plan when it Ihappened, but they are trying to charge $650 a month! That is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate to say this, but I would rather go without insurance then pay that!
America should have goverment insurance like they do in England.
Joe is going to look into another way we can get me on insurance. It may have to be a high deductible and I may have to open up an escro account that would be just for Dr.’s visits.
We will see what happens.

decided to uproot on the 4th of July.
Joe and I went to see the fireworks on the 4th. We walked to the nearby park and watched from there.
On our way home we saw a couple of big branches out on the sidewalk. Then we saw what we thought was many limbs that fell off of a tree.
To our surprise it was a tree that fell. We were thinking it may have been from lightning. ( it did rain later that night)
We had to walk the long way home and when we arrived we spoke to a few people in our complex and they said it apparently just fell.
Our driveway is just to the left of the tree.
Unfortunately our neighbors cars (all three of them) were totalled. One on our side of the street and two across the street.
Luckily no one was injured.
I just feel very bad for our neighbors!

Audrey loves to be taken for rides in the laudry baskets. Joe lifts her up to the ceiling. SHE LOVES IT! The purring gets very loud after he does that!
I decided to throw some laudry on the top of her to see what she would do. She didn’t flinch!
She is so cute at times and at other times a little terror!
