to change this site….

It has turned into more of a personal blog.  And the whole less on the hips in 2006.  It is cute…. but I want it to be more about health and wellness than about a number on the scale.  Looking at it, it seems more the like numbers on a scale.

When Joe isn’t so busy I will have him help me take that saying down and put something else up.  I like the pic though!
