Joe and I joined a new gym right before Thanksgiving.  We were back there today and I had a free session with a personal trainer.  He was really great!  I had trouble with all of my personal trainers in Athens, but wondering if I should give it another shot.  I need to find out the price.  If it is reasonable then I will have to wait till after the Holidays.

It feels great being back at the gym again!
