The pic on the cover cracks me up. It looks like the guy is constipated!

Or is it that his idea is so big it makes his head kills with pain?

I went for a pedicure today. Right across the street from where I work. I have very ticklish feet so i was dreading it a bit. It wasn’t too bad. The only part that really bothered me was right underneath the ball of the front of my foot. The ladies were gigglin as I was wigglin my toes!
They have the wonderful massage chairs too. I was very relaxed when I left. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. I gave them a big fat tip!

I am happy now I can show my feet in my new platform sandals!

This is a pic of Joe at the Smelly Cat Cafe.

I have been there a couple times. Each time I go I can’t help to sing the Smelly Cat song that Phoebe sang in Friends.

On Friday Joe and I went to The Gallery Crawl in the NoDa area in Charlotte. We met up with our pals Lee and Jamie and had alot of fun! You go to the different Galleries and view the art. Near the end of the night we went to the one Deli and had some fancy flavored chips and sodas.

Outside the Deli 3 guys set up their bongos and there were 2 Hollahoops nearby.

We were all chatting and enjoying the bongo player. After we left the we saw a guy and a girl hoolahooping to the bongos.

Is this supposed to be a new art form or somethings? I didn’t quite get it.

I did remember when Eve and I were little and we would Hoolahoop. I could never keep it up. Eve however was the hoolahoop queen! She could keep going forever. I wonder…

Maybe I can get her to come back up for a visit and she can try her talents to the sound of the bongos!

This is a pic of me checking out my new phone at the Salvador Deli in the NoDa neighborhood in Charlotte.

Today at work I was picked for a random drug screening. Once a month or once every couple months the head of EyeOptix randomly picks someone for a drug screening.

The location where I had to have it done wasn’t too hard to get to, but I got lost a little bit because I thought the one road was being worked on. I went left at 12 to have the drug screening and then came back to the office at 1 and punched out for lunch.

Later today I dropped the pupilometer (measures pupilary distance. important for cutting the lenses for frames…) on the top of my foot. OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone was asking if I was ok and concerned. The gals at work were surprised that I didn’t curse after doing it. The top of my foot is pretty sorethough. I am sure it is going to be swollen by tomorrow.

I was annoyed today too because I went into the bathroom and there was PEE all over the seat!!!!!!!!!!! I knew that earlier there were 2 kids that went into the bathroom on their own. If it were earler I would have had their mother clean up the mess. Ugh!

Today Joe and I went out to eat for a late lunch/early dinner. We had some dark chocolate and we did have Dairy Queen for dessert.

It is a pretty mellow Easter Day. Trying to get some wash done, took Calvin for a long walk. Also went on a Sunday drive and took a look at some of the homes around the area.
