On Sunday Joe and I met up with Lee and Jamie and saw Spiderman 3. It was alot of fun! Lots of funny scenes in the movie. On Monday I heard that it is now the highest grossing movie. It earned $148,000,000 this weekend! I can’t even imagine. I used to watch the Spiderman cartoon when I was little. I still know the song by heart!

On Saturday Joe and I went to see Year of the Dog. Molly Shannons first dramatic role. It was so good! About her finding herself. I read that Molly went to New York University and studied drama with Adam Sandler. That is amusing. That 2 of the funniest actors on Saturday Night Live studied drama.
We have a wonderful Art House theatre down the road from us. The Manor. It is owned by a larger movie chain, but they are always playing indie films. Joe and I try to go and see everything there. There were a few films that we didn’t see because we were not interested. But on a whole we normally go whenever a new film is out.

I am so glad that I found someone that loves film as much as I do. Doesn’t hurt that Joe studied it in college either. We discuss the film after we see it. Love it!
