This plant was given to me by my niece Jenny. She decorated a small pot and the plant was small at the time. Eve brought it with her when she came to help take care of me after my heart attack in 2004.
This plant has made it back. Almost died at one point. Came back. Olive literally ate almost every branch on it when we lived in Eagleville. I put it outside to help it. We moved here in the city in August. I put it up at the top of the bookshelf. The cats don’t bother it. Now is is THRIVING!
I can’t believe that I have a 6 year old plant.

6 year old plant

I was at lunch today when I felt something rough. It was my filling on the top of my tooth. The inside of my tooth near my tongue broke.
Fortunately I was able to leave work and get an appointment with my dentist who is in the same area where Joe works.

I was having a problem with sensitivity to this tooth for a couple of years. When the Dr looked at it and said there was nothing wrong I thought he was brushing me off. Now I understand that it was nothing he could see. I was having problem with sensitivity because my tooth was breaking underneath the filling.

I could have either had a filling done to fill in and possibly have a problem in the future, or have a crown put on. I opted for the crown. I am walking around with a temporary crown for now. going back in 3 weeks to have the permanent put on.
A small fortune later. All I have to say is thank goodness for dental insurance and a flex spend account! Thanks Apple INC!

My weight has been around the same the last few years. This past year I lost 6 pounds. This year I am focused on getting down 40 pounds. For my future health. My blood pressure and cholesterol are fine. I just want to get my weight under control so that I don’t have problems in the future.

I have been really focused on it the last 2 weeks. I am proud to say that I have lost 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks.
Hoping to be down 10 by the middle of February.

I went to the cardiologist in June and went through a variety of stress tests. Everything is great! Healthy as can be.

I was looking a past comments on the blog today. I have not been on this in over a year. In 2008 I wrote a post on how I have ticklish feet. How I went for a pedicure etc…
Some weird ass CREEPY person wrote about how he would like to see my feet in sandals. YUK! And heebie jeebies!

I have not written in over a year. I plan on keeping this blog up this year and posting pics.
