I swear I have bionic ears. They say if you are disabled in some way other senses are heightened. My eyesight is so bad…. that would make sense that i can hear base more. And I have a nose like a dog. I can smell anything! I can tell if Calvin has an accident in the house. Joe thinks i am crazy and then i find it!
The people downstairs were playing their music and I could hear the base. I asked Joe if he could here it, he couldn’t.

I am a light sleeper. Joe hits the pillow and is out like a light! I used to be able to sleep more when I had my heart problem. The Dr said that sleeping more was a symptom of my arteries breaking down. I used to be able to sleep 8 to 10 hours.

I also know that I haven’t been exercising as much. When I do it is easier to sleep.

I grew up with alot of land around so it was always silent. Never a problem sleeping. Joe grew up near the city and there were noises all around.

All i know is that even earplugs are not helping.

I am going to try some soothing tea and exercising more during the day and hopefully that will make me so exhausted I will hit the pillow and be out like a light like Joe.

Yes I am the super shopper!

Lately when I shop I wait for the sales to hit.  So a little over a week ago I caught a really good sale online.  I bought 2 cute t-shirts a pair of crop pants and a tank for $26 bucks!

Originally everything would have cost $129!  With tax and shipping it came to a little over $36.  Here is the best thing… the pants were only $4.48!  They were originally $44.  Now that is an UNBELIEVABLE savings!

Tomorrow is Teresas Birthday. For lunch we all brought in different things for salads. Melanie even made a really good cake.

Next year for our vacation and my Birthday we are going on a musical cruise.

I am on Patty Griffins mailing list and found out about the cruise that way.  It is in February and going to be so much fun.  It is the first vacation that Joe and I have taken for ourselves.  Not on involving visiting family or friends.  We really need this vacation too.

It is the perfect cruise for us too.  Going to see various singer songwriters while on a carribean cruise?  So perfect.  And it will be nice weather in February!

This is HILARIOUS! Was taken in 1987.  If you look closely I am wearing a Swatch watch.  I remember exchanging it with a cute guy from Valley Forge Military Acadamey.  He had a brown one…. yep I just exchanged it.  Didn’t even know him.  His watch was more neutrals.  Mine was white whith different color polka dots!  Loved it!

Joe bought the new Nintendo Wii this weekend while he was visiting his parents. We have been wanting one since they released them.

A few times every month we look at Target and Walmart to see if they have any. It came to the point where Joe signed up for a list that told him where the games would be. They would always sell out right away.

While Joe was in Florida he went to the Target near his folks house just to see. They had 10 in stock! He picked one up right away! Hooray!

He set it up last night and we played for 4 hours! I took a break to iron some things, and he took a little break. At that point we were playing on our own.

I think that many people who own the Wii will lose weight. You really have to put your whole body into playing the game. It is ALOT OF FUN!

Joe and I were laughing saying… “This is our crack!” We were addicted immediately!

I ordered a couple of products from Clinique online last week and received the package yesterday. I opened my eyeshadow up (it was a duo in one) there was nothing on the one side that was suppose to have the lighter shade. It looked like it was a manufactuering problem. You would think that they would check that before they sent it out.

I was thinking of returning it and Joe said I should just call customer service. I spoke with a woman named Daniela and told her the situation. She was very helpful. She said she would send another one out immediately at no charge. I asked her if I needed to send the other back and she said it was not necessary.

I was so happy when I finished speaking with her.

Working in sales I am very aware of the customer service that I receive from other companies. I am EXTREMELY happy with customer service support that I received from Clinique!

I will definitely shop online with them in the future!

Joe and I are big fans of the show Heros.  Last night great!

At the end of the show there was a preview of a new show coming out this fall.

Bionic Woman!  I have mixed feelings.  I LOVED the show as a child.  I even had the Bionic woman action figure and the little lab that she hooked up to.  You could even take the little chips out of her arms and legs.

Looking at the preview at first I was like “No this can’t be.”  Then the second time I looked at it I changed my mind.  I think it is going to be a pretty cool show.

I am sure that I will watch it every week.

I took a pic of them because we were cleaning out our things that we had stored at Joes folks house last September. I gave them away, but wanted to have a picture of them.

I thought about them because the womens bowling championships are here in Charlotte this week.

Now I want to go bowling!
